Our main day to day business involves the personal training of busy individuals and indeed many of our clients come to us for their 30 minute gym session early in the morning before work. We are open for business Monday-Saturday and session times can be organized with your trainer at any time that suits you both.
We train a myriad of people from busy mothers, business people, athletes and models. No one will feel out of place in No.17 Personal Training because we understand that everyone has to start somewhere. You will always be training with your individual personal trainer and all of our staff are approachable and there to help you. Our aim is to make you feel better about yourself.
At No.17, we are very goal orientated. We want clients that have a particular goal, be it weight loss, weight gain, fitness, health improvement or otherwise, and if you haven’t got a specific goal yet but feel that you’d like to be “more healthy”, we can certainly help you to focus on something in particular. And this is because goals facilitate results. You need to conceive in an idea, work towards it and believe you will get there, in order to achieve it.
Aside from personal training, we offer nutritional counselling on a consultation basis, rehabilitation training following injury, dry needling, physical therapy, stress management, fertility counselling, online training and remote coaching, and corporate wellness packages.
