Our Services

No.17 has evolved from what was once a one to one personal training clinic, to now an all encompassing performance and wellness clinic.

Regardless of your goal, your No.17 journey starts in the same manner; a consultation with one of our head coaches. This consultation works as a means to assess your needs and goals as well as to brief you on what to exepcet.

All our programmes stem from a health based approach to your goal. We don’t believe in trashing our clients with high intensity training and not managing all aspects of health.

Personal Training:

Our two studios are dedicated to personal training, which is the core of our business. We are very much a goals orientated clinic with a very private and besoke approach to all programmes we create for our clients.

Our team offfer various programs, the most common are:

Fat loss

The Corporate Athlete

This programme is lead by head coach John Belton, with the emphasis being on working with client s at partner and senior partner level. John Works intensively with his clients to ensure they work and perform at the top of their game. With the goal of  optimizing perfromance, building longevity in their career and keeping burnout at bay.

John’s experience and understadning of the demands for individuals in this sector has made him the go to guy for hard charging time strapped Corproate Athletes.

At No.17, we are very goal orientated. We want clients that have a particular goal, be it weight loss, weight gain, fitness, health improvement or otherwise, and if you haven’t got a specific goal yet but feel that you’d like to be “more healthy”, we can certainly help you to focus on something in particular. And this is because goals facilitate results. You need to conceive in an idea, work towards it and believe you will get there, in order to achieve it.
